You are not registered to the course until we contact you and confirm the course application.

A full refund will be allowed for cancellations made with the Columbia Kontest Training Center more than six (6) business days prior to the course start date. "No-Shows" and registrants who do not cancel more than six (6) business days in advance, are responsible for the full course fee. A substitute person may be sent to take the registrant's place. Please contact the Training Coordinator to inform us about any such changes.

Columbia Kontest's Customer Training Center reserves the right to cancel any course with less than four (4) enrolees, no later than one (1) week before the scheduled course start date.
