The platform is powered by an embedded Linux operating system featuring a real-time scheduler and a full hardware abstraction layer. It’s highly flexible, universal architecture effortlessly scales from 1 to 32 independent channels, making it a perfect fit for direct integration into custom test fixtures.

  • High-Efficiency Parallel Programming: Supports 8 to 16 fully universal, parallel, and independent channels, expandable up to 32 channels using demultiplexer tools to drastically increase production throughput.

  • Ultra-Compact Fixture Integration: Designed with an exceptionally small footprint measuring just 170 x 83 x 19 mm (30 mm with a slave board). This allows the unit to fit effortlessly into the configurable bottom enclosures of our test fixtures, keeping signal paths short.

  • Advanced Software & Automation Interfacing: Features an interactive cross-platform GUI (compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac) with a built-in Project Wizard that detects firmware, target device, and power supply mismatches. It provides full integration libraries for frameworks such as LabVIEW and Visual C/C++.

  • Robust Hardware & Memory Architecture: Equipped with 1 GB on-board Dynamic Memory and up to 256 GB of storage memory with eMMC and NAND support. Each channel features 8 digital I/O lines coupled with dedicated ground return lines and two programmable output voltage lines.

  • Optoisolated Signal & Power Control: Includes built-in voltage and current measurement for each individual channel. To ensure total hardware safety, the 1 Gbit/s Fast Ethernet, USB-UART, and standalone control interfaces are completely optoisolated.

  • Uncompromising Production Security: Utilises encrypted FRB files to eliminate the risk of binary hacking on the production floor. Comprehensive tracking includes automated dump and compare validation, user permission management, cycle counting, and detailed, language-based error descriptions.

  • Comprehensive Local Support & Setup: Our engineering teams in Sweden and Denmark handle the entire deployment process, assisting with hardware mounting, customised internal wiring, algorithm selection, and ongoing technical support.
