M4430 PCBA Fixture

The Columbia Mekan M4430 is a rugged, manually operated test fixture platform designed as a cost-effective, high-precision solution for electronic production facilities that do not require high-volume inline testing systems.   

The fixture core concept is highly flexible and “LEGO-like” with a lot of possibilities and combinations. We help you configure for your actual needs.  

The enclosure comes as standard in four different heights and rear panel can be anything from simple connector plate to mass interconnect systems, like VPC, GenRad, ODU, Mac Titan, Ingun, etc. Inside the standard enclosure you will find dedicated TCP coated mounting aluminum plate for safe installation of your electronic devices. On the bottom enclosure you can also choose between different types of access, key lock vs twist lock, gas dampers of knee joint and other options.  

On top of the enclosure you can install various concepts. The simple is just a built plate at where you can place products and do manual connections to the DUT. On top of this you can add a safety lid with locking mechanism etc. to protect your operators. On top of the enclosure you can also add the standard PCBA tester kit which is either a single or dual well solution. In single or dual well you can continue to add features like horizontal connections to connectors and test probes from top side. And off course you can add a lot of other things during the customization like LED testing, cameras, switch button activation, heat sinks, camera´s and what ever you need in your customized fixture.

• Maximised Probe Area: The fixture handles up to PCB size of 440 mm x 300 mm and up to 500 standard spring loaded test probes.  

• Advanced Contact Coplanarity: Engineered to give exact parallel movement of probe plate towards PCBA ensuring consistent testing results and low maintenance on test probes.
