Rather than relying solely on vertical test pins, these fixtures can be engineered to interface directly with active onboard media ports, such as RJ45 Ethernet, USB, and high-speed fibre optics. The custom nature of this solution allows for complete freedom in mechanical design and system integration. A typical example of how these custom connectors and routing paths can be configured is presented in the reference images.
