PARMI’s 2D AOI solution provides fast and reliable inspection of conformal coatings. By combining UV and white LED illumination, the system can inspect both fluorescent and transparent coating materials in a single process.
An integrated height measurement sensor enables accurate verification of coating thickness, while advanced image analysis detects insufficient coverage, bubbles, and other coating irregularities.
