The course is a basic service and maintenance training for Teradyne TestStation TS12x/TSH52 testers. It aims to give the attendants possibilities to perform “First Line Service” on the machine. After fulfilled training, the attendees will be authorized to perform the licensed part of the tester’s SYS-TEST. Course duration is 2 (two) days.

Test operators, production technicians and first line support personnel.
