On-site service is provided to a level specified by the customer. Columbia Kontest can match tough requirements on Response Time and Average Time to Repair.

We provide comprehensive programmer and operator training, either on-site or at our premises. Training can be standard scheduled courses or special programs totally tailored for individual customers.

To further assist its customers towards better focus on their core business, Columbia Kontest provides a comprehensive test programming service. Deep knowledge, based on years of experience of an impressive variety of applications, makes Kontest an ideal supplier of ready-to-go test programs.

We deliver test programs for any type of circuit board or subassembly along with necessary vacuum-actuated, pneumatic, or manually operated fixtures.


Training courses for users or service personnel are available at our training center. We can also conduct training courses at customer sites. Well-trained operators and service personnel will increase your productivity and will maximize the value of your investment.

Repair & Calibration

Whether your equipment is large or small we have the resources to offer the best possible solution at the right price to solve any preventive maintenance, repair, or calibration problem that may arise. The most important word for an equipment owner is “uptime”. Turn-around time for a repair and/or calibration is vital if production should be kept running at an unhindered volume. We are well aware of our customers’ needs; we, therefore, have in the field or at our own office a well-equipped and staffed service facility.

Support Agreements

As no two users are alike we have a variety of support agreements for both hardware and software, designed to meet customer needs. Whether it’s a full-service with eight-hour response time or a yearly calibration with preventive maintenance, we have a contract for you.

With a large installed base and a complete spare part stock for service, no job is too difficult.
